How do I prepare for my first session?
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes and bring any relevant medical history or reports.
How will I feel after treatment?
Some clients report feeling mildly sore or stiff, like you feel after a workout. Others may feel fatigue. It is very different from person to person. All post treatment effects should clear up in 48-72 hours.
Is osteopathy covered by insurance?
Yes, most insurance providers cover osteopathic manual therapy. It is important to contact your insurance provider to see if you are covered.
